Our meal plans strive to represent the most updated guidance on prenatal nutrition. Each weekly meal plan, when combined with a proper prenatal vitamin, abides by the guidelines below.

Calories
Pregnancy Bites meal plans provide 150-200 kcals above the average calorie level during the first trimester and 350-450 kcals above the average calorie level for the 2nd and 3rd trimester

Carbohydrates

Pregnancy Bites meal plans provide 50-55% of kcals from carbohydrates and include at least 28 g of fiber.
